SHIPPING
Orders are currently shipped within 7 days using USPS first class post and UPS Ground Service. If you need it expedited, please contact us before you place your order – we will do everything we can to make it happen.
BACKORDER
We do our best to make sure that our inventory is current on the website. In the case of an online error and an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you immediately via your provided email address.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment through PayPal.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to mail it back to us for an exchange or refund. Please email sales@toymato.com for return codes before sending it along.
